How to place an order


To place an order within the USA, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, and click "Checkout" from the shopping cart page. Proceed through the Checkout steps to finalize your order. When your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ships to most countries worldwide.

To place an international order, simply add items to your shopping cart, on the shopping cart page click the "Checkout" button to proceed through our three step checkout process.

Paypal is the accepted payment method for all international orders, this payment method can be selected on Step 2 of the checkout process. After completing all three steps of checkout, and clicking "Place Order", you will be taken to our secure Paypal payment page. You must complete your Paypal payment for your order to be put in process.

DOMESTIC offers FREE Expedited shipping for all USA orders.


International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. The cost is $46.00 for the first item and $18 for each additional item on your order. From the time your order ships, it takes approximately 6-10 days for orders to arrive via USPS Priority Mail to most countries.

*Please note exotic shoes made of peccary, crocodile, or lizard require a special permit and inspection to ship internationally. Please contact us for details and pricing.



We accept the following payment methods for orders placed within the USA: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal.


We accept Paypal as the chosen method of payment for all international customers.

Paypal allows you to securely fund your Paypal account and pay for purchases using your credit card or bank account.

During checkout, select Paypal as your payment option. When you reach the final step of the checkout procedure, after clicking "Place Order", you will be taken to our secure Paypal page where you can complete your Paypal payment. You must complete your Paypal payment on our secure Paypal page in order for your order to be put in process.

If you do not have a Paypal account, opening one is free and easy, go to to set up your account.


Please note that orders ship within 10-14* business days from the time you place your order. All domestic orders ship via Expedited Shipping with USPS Priority Mail and take 2-3 days to arrive at your location from the time the order leaves our facility.

*Please note exotic shoe styles that contain peccary, crocodile or other 'protected exotic leathers' 14-20 business days from the time of order to ship, as they require special customs entry into the USA prior to shipping.

International orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International and take approximately 6-10 days to reach the destination country from the time they leave our facility. Please note this does not include customs clearance at the country of destination as that time can vary based upon the country.


When your order has been shipped you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email which will contain a tracking number, that you can use to track your package. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.


There is NO SALES TAX on orders placed through, with the exception of those orders placed within the state of Texas.

Texas residents will be charged the normal in-state sales tax rate of 8.25%.

For international orders, although does not charge sales tax on these orders, your country may charge you import duty taxes on your order. All international customers are responsible for the import duty taxes charged to them by their country. For questions regarding import duty fees you may be charged by your country, please contact your country's Customs Department.


We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about a return or exchange, if one is necessary.

Please note that for all returns and exchanges you must contact us to receive return instructions.

All returns/exchanges must be returned in their original condition, in original packaging, including shoe dust covers and all tags. does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. Shoes returned with any scratches or scuffs, or excessive creasing in the vamp will not be accepted.

Please note that not all items are eligible for return or exchange. Some sales and closeout items may not be eligible. Any items not eligible for return or exchange will be noted as such on the product page for that item.

Refused Shipments

Please note that international orders, in which the customer refuses delivery for any reason, will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for any return fees incurred by us to retrieve the package back from the shipping company. By placing yor order with us customer's are agreeing to these terms.
